When will my order ship?

 How long will it take for my order to ship?   

We try our best to list an accurate time frame on each product page. In most cases of an item being Made to Order, it will take 2-3 weeks to cut, sew and ship. We strive to give customers a realistic time frame for MTO pieces. We're a small team involved in every step of the production process. Instead of speed, we value going slow to maintain sustainable practices and work environment.

In some cases, a certain size of a style may be in stock and can ship immediately. If you’d like a piece sooner, please email slostudiosinfo@gmail.com or call us at (601)214-1270 to get an exact time frame on your desired order. We’ll be able to look at our current stock and give you a timeline for shipment. 

 

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Please use our shipping calculator at check out for shipping rates. Please note that for international orders the customer is responsible for all duties, taxes, and fees.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

How do I make a return?
All orders come with a prepaid shipping label enclosed addressed to our facility. Please use it to ship items back to us. Also enclosed is a Return-Exchange Form that MUST be filled out and sent back with the item(s) you are returning. If the return form is not enclosed your item will not be refunded. 

How long do I have to make a return?

Returns must be made within 30 days from date of purchase. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any sale item – no exceptions
Items received after 30 days from date of purchase will not be eligible for credit.
Once your item(s) are received, please allow 5-15 business days for your return to be processed.

How do make an exchange? 
Please email us with the details of your exchange at slostudiosinfo@gmail.com with "Exchange" included in the subject line. Depending on availability, we will be able to process your exchange. If you would like to check availability of your exchange please contact us at contact@dlcollection.com or visit our online store. If product is not available we will refund the amount to the original form of payment.

Please note, all exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase date or David Lerner might send back product or issue store credit.

How long do I have to make an exchange?
We accept exchanges within 30 days from date of purchase.
Once we receive your item(s) we will ship out your exchange.
Please ensure that the merchandise you return/exchange meets the following requirements:
• Item(s) must be in unworn condition and in original packaging.
• All original tags must be attached.
• Items that have been worn, washed, personally damaged, or altered will not be eligible for credit.

What do I do if my item is damaged?

In the unlikely case you received an item that is damaged, please notify our customer service team within seven days of the item being delivered to you.

Notification after 7 days may not be accepted by our returns department.

Can I return an item I purchased from your sale page?

All sale items are FINAL SALE – no exceptions.
